Mr. Qi Liu, Member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and CPC Secretary of the City of Beijing Committee Visits Pharmaron -

Pharmaron announced today a visit by Mr. Qi Liu, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and CPC party chief of Beijing, and officials from the Beijing Business & Technology Development Area (BDA), to its research facilities. During the tour of Pharmaron’s facilities which included the new state-of-the-art DMPK laboratories, Mr. Xiao Qiang Lou, COO of Pharmaron-Beijing, updated Mr. Liu and the other officials on the most recent developments of the company.
Mr. Liu emphasized the importance of R&D work for Beijing’s economic growth and praised Pharmaron for its recent achievement in this area. The parties further discussed the great market potential of the CRO business, as well as local government’s contribution to this sector.
Pharmaron, the largest drug research and development contract research organization (CRO) in Northern China, provides contract research services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide.
