Pharmaron Named Pilot Innovative Enterprise -

Pharmaron announced today that it was named a Pilot Innovative Enterprise by a joint committee of the Chinese Ministry of Science & Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, and the Beijing Government at the 2008 Zhongguancun 100 Innovative Enterprise Conference. Dr. Boliang Lou, Chairman and CEO of Pharmaron, accepted the award for the company, one of only 79 companies that were honored by this status. The award committee evaluated 18,000 firms located in the Greater Zhongguancun Science Park Area against criteria such as market share, brand name, revenue, innovation, and R&D capacity.
