Pharmacology
The in vivo pharmacology team at Pharmaron focuses on three therapeutic areas: in vivo oncology, CNS/analgesia and metabolic diseases. The well trained team, supported by a newly established vivarium is capable of conducting in vivo research work based upon clients’ needs in an efficient and effective manner. Collaboration of in vivo pharmacology projects with other disciplines, such as in vitro pharmacology, DMPK and toxicology can be accommodated. Currently, the in vivo oncology function has a collection of tumor cell lines and fresh human tissue samples, which allows us to establish and validate a number of in vivo oncology models to serve our clients with high quality. The in vivo models for CNS/analgesia and metabolic diseases are in the process of being established and validated.
