Pharmaron’s pilot production and manufacturing group is well equipped to produce non-GMP intermediates in quantities of up to hundreds of kilograms as well as non-GMP drug substances in quantities of up to hundreds of grams for early toxicity studies. A control GMP kilo facility is also availabel to supply GLP tox and clinical study materials.
Recent projects:
- Completed over 170 projects over last two years. 50% of synthetic routes were designed and discovered by Pharmaron chemists.
- Completed numerous total syntheses of nucleoside phosphorous amidites (17 to 19 steps), macro-cyclopeptides (8 to14 steps) on kilogram scale.
- Production of enantiopure compounds and heterocyclic boron compounds on tens kilograms scale.
