Scale Up and Production

Pharmaron’s scale up and production group is well equipped to produce non-GMP intermediates in quantities of up to hundreds of kilograms as well as non-GMP drug substances in quantities of up to hundreds of grams for early toxicity studies.  A GMP kilo facility will be commissioned in December, 2009 to supply GLP tox and clinical study materials.

• Completed over 170 projects over last two years. 50% of synthetic routes were designed and discovered by Pharmaron chemists
• Completed numerous total syntheses of nucleoside phosphorous amidites (17 to 19 steps), macro-cyclopeptides (8 to14 steps) on kilogram scale.
• Production of enantiopure compounds and heterocyclic boron compounds on tens kilograms scale.
