Mr. Tao Wang joined Pharmaron as an Executive Director in January 2010. He was a senior scientist/senior Bioanalytical Laboratory manager at Excelixis (six years), senior scientist of Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism department at Pfizer (three years), and a research scientist of Chemibichem/DuPont Pharma (5 years). During his tenure in the biotech and pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Wang was involved in many drug discovery projects and made significant contributions towards the advancement of drug candidates to late stage development.
Mr. Wang received his B.S. and M.S. from Jilin University Chemistry department and Theoretical Chemistry Institute of Jilin University. Mr. Wang was a co-inventor of parallel mass spectrometry analysis and has published 15 peer-reviewed papers and abstracts in the analytical and bio-analytical fields.
