Tina Huang, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Tina Huang has over 19 years of experience in the life science and financial fields. Her experiences cover academic, operational and investment fields.

 

At present, Dr. Huang serves as the Senior Vice President, Program Management, IND-Enabling Services and is in charge of the IND Enabling Services and Program Management. Her team of professional program managers is to assist our partners in planning for IND application and ensuring flawless execution at Pharmaron. Prior to this new role, Dr. Huang was the General Manager at the Preclinical Services Laboratory of Pharmaron, the 1^st western quality preclinical CRO in China. Under Dr. Huang’s leadership, this lab had been serving clients to meet their global filing needs successfully and is widely recognized as the leading preclinical service provider in China.

 

Prior to joining Pharmaron, Dr. Huang served as senior executives in multiple investment institutes. During her years in the financial field, Dr. Huang had successfully assisted more than 30 life science companies going IPO in US, European and Asian exchange markets. She was also involved in multiple M&A and private equity deals. Total asset under management was over USD 600 millions.

 

Dr. Huang holds a Ph.D. degree from SUNY in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry and a BS degree from the National Taiwan University in Chemistry.
