At Pharmaron, in keeping with our goal of developing
world-class chemistry team, we place an emphasis on
continuing education in chemistry. In keeping with our
goal of developing first-class client experience, we
also place an emphasis on continuing education in written
and spoken English.
- Pharmaron Conferences on Modern Synthetic
Organic & Medicinal Chemistry: Pharmaron
sponsors a series of seminars for our employees, covering
important areas of modern synthetic organic and medicinal
chemistry. The speakers we invite are eminent, internationally
recognized scientists. For instance, we recently had
the honor of hosting Profs. Stephen Hanessian and
Akira Suzuki.
- Pharmaron Supplemental Education Program:
Pharmaron sponsors selected chemists to pursue further
education at top-notch chemistry institutes, such
as the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry. The
experience and knowledge they bring back to Pharmaron
are not only incorporated into their projects, but
also disseminated among their colleagues.
- English Education: During project
reviews, our contract managers communicate directly
with clients, conducting their presentations entirely
in English.
