- Pharmaron Annual Award Ceremony: Once
a year, we formally recognize outstanding employees,
before their peers, during the Pharmaron Annual Award
Ceremony. Selected award recipients are treated to
vacations in China or abroad.
- Bonus System: Extraordinary efforts
on projects are frequently rewarded through a bonus
system.
