On the International Day for Women in Science, Pharmaron proudly celebrates female scientists for their remarkable contribution to research and scientific innovation. This is an important day to recognize women’s role in science by promoting the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields and encouraging future generations of women to pursue a scientific career.
The theme for this year’s International Day for Women in Science is I.D.E.A: Innovate, Demonstrate, Elevate, Advance, with the aim being to highlight the importance of the life sciences sector and the urgent need for women and girls to continue to be active members of the scientific community.
To celebrate Women in STEM, Pharmaron showcased numerous female scientists from our twenty sites around the globe who lead, conduct, and support drug discovery and development programs for our global partners. Each story reflects what inspired them to pursue a career in the life sciences industry.
