ObsEva trio of posters: CYP phenotyping, ADME and comparative metabolism studies of 14C-Nolasiban

Pharmaron presented a number of posters at the recent ISSX conference showcasing its experience within radiolabelled ADME non-clinical and clinical studies. This last set of posters focuses on the work conducted for ObsEva (Switzerland) on one of their lead candidates, Nolasiban, being developed to increase the chances of successful pregnancies among patients following Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

The posters show that the use of 14C radiolabel across in vitro, non-clinical and clinical ADME can lead to a more comprehensive elucidation of the human metabolism, the underlying biotransformation pathways and ultimately the determination of the safety of the drug and its metabolites.
