As one of the largest LC-MS/MS-based bioanalytical service providers, Pharmaron’s discovery bioanalytical team occupies over 1 million square feet of office and laboratory space in China, the US and the UK. Our experience includes a wealth of small molecule structural types. With the support of numerous instrumental and technical resources, our team develops robust methods for over 100,000 compounds/year that are then used to analyze various in vitro and in vivo samples. Discovery bioanalytical methods can later be adapted and validated for regulated preclinical and clinical studies. Our team provides high throughput sample analysis of small molecule drugs/metabolites/biomarkers to support in vitro ADME, in vitro efficacy, in vivo PK, in vivo PK-PD correlation and toxicokinetic (TK) studies.
