Manindra Singh, PhD, is the Director of Business Development for Ophthalmology and Medical Device Partnerships at Pharmaron. A molecular biologist with expertise in immunology and metabolic disease, Dr. Singh specializes in bridging discovery science with robust study design. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and critical reviews, translating complex biology into actionable insights. A frequent contributor to strategic scientific discussions, he is dedicated to helping partners advance innovative research into successful development programs.

Arun D. Singh – Director of the Department of Ophthalmic Oncology at the Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic

Arun D. Singh, MD is the Director of the Department of Ophthalmic Oncology, Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic. He has published more than 500 scientific articles and has edited several textbooks (Clinical Ophthalmic Oncology, Ophthalmic Ultrasonography, Ophthalmic Radiation therapy and, FNA cytology of Ophthalmic Tumors). He is Editor of the Journal (Ocular Oncology and Pathology) and President of the International Society of Ocular Oncology (2015-2017).

Sandeep Kumar – Director of Ophthalmology at Pharmaron

Dr. Sandeep Kumar is Director of Ophthalmology at Pharmaron (US) Lab Services, San Diego, where he oversees preclinical ophthalmic studies. With over 20 years of experience, trained at the Karolinska Institute, Moran Eye Center, and Baylor College of Medicine. His work focuses on ocular diseases model development, advanced ocular imaging, and evaluating novel therapeutic strategies. Dr Kumar has been published in leading peer‑reviewed journals like PNAS, Circulation Research, Ophthalmology Science, and IOVS.
