On occasion there can be quantitative challenges with existing analytical methods for detection of biologics and other large molecules at very low LOQs. Pharmaron can employ Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) with 14C to help resolve such limitations with LC-MS/MS and immunoassay bioanalytical methods.

Pharmaron’s team can radiolabel biologics with 14C then utilize Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) analysis to provide pharmacokinetic (PK) and tissue disposition data in a wide range of animal models.
