Pharmaron offers comprehensive laboratory services to support needs for CGT products at various stages, from discovery and preclinical through clinical development to commercialization. The CGT laboratory technologies established at Pharmaron include in vitro assays, in vivo studies, biodistribution and viral shedding, CGT bioanalysis and ophthalmology for CGT products. Modalities include medicinal products using AAV of various serotypes, viral and non-viral vectors, and cell-based therapeutics. Our CGT laboratories also provide services to conduct studies meeting various regulatory requirements (GLP, GCP, GCLP and GMP guidelines), including IND and BLA submissions to FDA, EMA, NMPA, and other regulatory agencies globally, and clinical and commercial batch release.
