Animal Disease Model Services

Our in vivo pharmacology team is experienced with animal disease model establishment and validation for efficacy screening, in vivo pharmacology profiling, PK/PD, and MOA studies. The team is supported by internal PK/bioanalytical, ex vivo pharmacology, and in vitro biology teams to provide integrated services in various therapeutic areas.

Models include oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, CNS/PNS diseases, inflammation and pain, ophthalmology, dermal diseases, and medical devices.

Additional models available include hemostasis, leukocytopenia, intestine mobility, anemia, wounding/healing, renal failure, psoriasis, and more.
