Animal Disease Models

A lab technician wearing a white coat and surgical mask is operating a Siemens medical laboratory instrument. The technician, engaged in preclinical ADME studies, is adjusting the machine's panel with both hands. The laboratory setting is clean and well-lit, with various equipment visible in the background.

Animal Disease Model Services

Our in vivo pharmacology team is experienced with animal disease model establishment and validation for efficacy screening, in vivo pharmacology profiling, PK/PD and MOA studies. The team is supported by internal PK/bioanalytical, ex vivo pharmacology and in vitro biology teams to provide integrated services in various therapeutic areas.

Models include oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, CNS/PNS diseases, inflammation and pain, ophthalmology, dermal diseases and medical devices.

Additional models available include hemostasis, leukocytopenia, intestine mobility, anemia, wounding/healing, renal failure, psoriasis and more.
