Biologics Laboratory Services
Pharmaron’s biologics lab services team supports biologics program advancement from discovery through preclinical to clinical development. Our technology platforms include antibody discovery, biologics generation, purification and characterization, in vivo pharmacology for efficacy testing, safety assessment, PK studies and bioanalysis to support all stages of the R&D process.
With the well-established small-molecule-based payload and linker design and synthesis capability, our team can also synthesize and characterize bioconjugates, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and PDCs.
Our team is also experienced in developing and validating assays for the analysis of biomarkers and immunogenicity. We can also conduct studies in a regulatory-compliant manner (GLP/GCP/GCLP) in support of biologics IND and BLA submissions to FDA, EMA and NMPA, and other regulatory agencies.
