Seeking Healthy Males & Females

Healthy Male & Female Volunteers (ATHENA)

Pharmaron, located in downtown Baltimore, is currently seeking healthy male & female volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to evaluate GS-3242 that is being developed for the potential treatment of HIV-1.

To qualify you must be:

  • Seeking Healthy Male or Female
  • Ages: 18-45 at screening
  • BMI: 19 – 30 at screening
  • Non-smokers
  • Must be available for an inpatient period of 29 days/28 nights with approximately 18 follow-up visits and 6 follow-up phone calls.

Qualified participants will be compensated up to $26,300 for their study-related time and travel.

Seeking Healthy Males & Females

Seeking Healthy Male & Female Volunteers (Crypto)

Pharmaron, located in downtown Baltimore, is currently seeking healthy male and female volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to evaluate ED1048 that is being developed for the potential treatment of diarrhea caused by Cryptosporidium infection, also called Crypto.

To qualify, you must be:

  • Healthy male or female, 18-50 years old
  • Non-smoker
  • One (1) inpatient period of 8-14 days, two (2) follow-up visits, and six (6) follow-up phone calls

Qualified participants will be compensated up to $9,750 for their study-related time and travel.

Seeking Healthy Males

Healthy Male Volunteers (AURORA)

Pharmaron located in downtown Baltimore, is currently seeking healthy male volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to evaluate the study drug which is being developed as a possible treatment for Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

To qualify you must be:

  • Healthy Male
  • Ages: 30-55 at screening
  • BMI: 18 – 32 at screening
  • Non-smokers & Non-Alcoholic
  • This study will include a 16 Day/15 Night in-patient stay as well as a follow-up safety visit as late as day 35. You may need to return for a 2-day/1-night visit.

Qualified participants will be compensated up to $8,900 for their study-related time and travel.

Seeking Overweight/Obese Males & Females

Overweight/ Obese Male & Female Volunteers (AMETHYST)

Pharmaron located in downtown Baltimore, is currently seeking overweight/obese male & female volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to evaluate a study drug which is being developed as a possible treatment for weight reduction.

To qualify you must be:

  • Overweight/Obese Male or Female
  • Ages: 18-65 at screening
  • BMI ≥ 27 at screening
  • Non-smoker
  • This study will include an inpatient stay of 5 days/4 nights, with 15 follow-up visits

Qualified participants will be compensated up to $6,650 for their study-related time and travel.
