in vivo Studies

A scientist in protective gear, including a mask, gloves, and goggles, carefully handles a pipette in a lab, likely conducting experiments related to discovery in vivo pharmacokinetics (PK) models. The focus on precision highlights research into drug metabolism and bioavailability in living organisms.

in vivo Study Services

CGT therapeutics have been proven as a class of important and emerging medical modalities to treat life-threatening diseases. The in vivo disease models established at Pharmaron have been tailored to meet the characteristics of CGT products and can be employed to assist CGT project teams in decision-making on a critical path or a key milestone accomplishment.

Studies using disease models and safety models are often accompanied by PK or TK and/or biomarker studies, biodistribution and viral shedding if the testing CGT products are AAV or viral vector based, which forms the basis of in vivo PK/PD correlation studies.

A scientist in protective gear conducts safety pharmacology assessments, carefully handling test tubes and samples in a laboratory environment.
