Pharmaron Showcases Expertise at Advanced Therapies 2025 in London

Capabilities
Pharmaron was proud to attend the Advanced Therapies Congress 2025, held at ExCeL London from 18th – 19th March, where we welcomed attendees to Booth 32. The event marked a great success for our team, providing an exceptional platform to highlight our comprehensive CGT solutions, including AAV and plasmid manufacturing, in vitro assays, in vivo studies, biodistribution and viral shedding, CGT bioanalysis, and ophthalmology expertise.
Dubbed Europe’s largest commercial cell and gene therapy conference, Advanced Therapies 2025 brought together 3,300 members of the CGT community from pharma, biotech, and academia. Each year, it plays a key role in shaping the future of advanced therapies by hosting innovative talks, creating a space to share new technologies, and fostering collaborative opportunities.
Pharmaron contributed to the scientific programme with a presentation entitled “Destination BLA/MAA: The CMC Journey”, hosted by Linda Randall, on 18th March 2025 at Track 7: Gene Therapy. In addition, Pharmaron also presented a poster, “Accelerating the AAV Path to Clinic through Targeted CMC Development”, which focused on Pharmaron’s manufacturing feasibility assessment as a fast, small-scale method of evaluating their platform’s suitability for any new product.

Sergio Vicente, Business Development Representative, also attended Advanced Therapies with the event and noted that “Advanced Therapies has served the purpose of making the industry associating Pharmaron with the Cell and Gene Therapy space, and it always heavily contributes to facilitating great-quality discussions about studies for both the CDMO and CRO arms of the business.”
The poster presenter, Amy Hawksworth, said “Attending Advanced Therapies 2025 gave me the unique opportunity to engage with leading experts in cell and gene therapy. The event gave me valuable insight into the latest advancements, regulatory updates, and emerging trends shaping the future of advanced therapies.”
As the cell and gene therapy landscape continues to evolve, Pharmaron remains at the forefront, delivering scientific excellence and integrated services. We thank everyone who visited us at Advanced Therapies 2025 and look forward to continuing the conversation.
