AACR 2025: In Vitro & In Vivo Oncology Innovations

Capabilities
Innovative in vitro Biology and in vivo Pharmacology in Cancer Research
Pharmaron was proud to attend the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) 2025 Annual Meeting held April 25–30 at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. Our business development leaders and scientists team came together for a dynamic week of cutting-edge science, networking, and meaningful discussions that advanced our mission to support cancer research and therapeutic innovation.
As part of our presence at AACR 2025, Pharmaron’s scientists presented three posters highlighting recent advancements in in vitro biology and in vivo pharmacology, reinforcing our commitment to providing high-quality scientific solutions.
Download our scientific presentations here. A few highlights include:
- PharmaRonNet: Integrating Multi-Omics Data to Reveal Key Biological Pathways
- Presented by Kaiqiang Hu on April 28
- This study presents PharmaRonNet, a new bioinformatics tool designed to analyze and integrate single- and multi-omics data. This tool constructs weighted networks to help researchers explore key biological pathways.
- Identification of Potential Therapeutic Targets by in vivo CRISPR Technology on a Xenograft Model
- Presented by Tan Pang on April 29
- This study showcases the power of in vivo CRISPR screening to discover novel anti-cancer targets, setting the stage for next-generation therapies.
- ADC Efficacy and Safety Evaluation Based on Organoid Models
- Presented by Yuhui Wang on April 29
- This work presented a case study showcasing the testing of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) for efficacy and safety on organoids derived from patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models and organoids derived from healthy intestinal tissue.
Throughout the conference, our business development team, including Lorraine Lu, Stephen Edgcomb, and Allison Olszewski, along with our scientific leaders, engaged with attendees to discuss our integrated capabilities and how they can help to bring oncology programs from discovery through development.
AACR 2025 allowed Pharmaron to demonstrate the depth of our scientific expertise and the value we bring as a collaborative partner. We are honored to contribute our in vitro biology and in vivo pharmacology findings in support of advancing cancer research.
Pharmaron remains committed to supporting our partners with customized solutions that address their most pressing research challenges. Thank you to the AACR organizers, our attending team, and all those who visited us at the meeting.
