Diversity Equity and Inclusion

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are about creating a workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging, feels valued, and is respected. People do their best work when they can show up as their authentic selves—and our team’s ability to do just that makes us stronger. Our science improves when our teams are empowered to be creative and collaborative. We grow and lead from the front lines of our industry by continually developing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

We recognize that every individual brings something unique to the table. When diverse backgrounds and perspectives come together, teams identify challenges earlier, solve problems faster, and generate more powerful ideas. By embracing these unique differences, we become a more resilient and capable organization. We work together to help the people who do the work and shape the future of life science.

Our Approach to Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Three focus areas drive our DEI efforts:

Diversity

We work every day to broaden representation across our workforce, build DEI into how we operate, and give people the support they need to do great work.
